The game features a challenging puzzle at most difficulty levels. Coolumns is played by using the mouse or the keyboard, the aim is to four matching symbols and put them in a row of four, when this is done the symbols will disappear.

However the game is played in what you can call, turns, each turn you have to find the matching symbols if you don’t the computer will fill the board with new symbols. The game ends when one of the columns on the board is filled to the top with symbols. Perhaps this sounds a bit complicated but it isn’t, the read me file and in-game help will get you started.

The graphics in the game is pretty much what you can expect from a puzzle game, they sort of remind you of another puzzle game, Mah-jong. Another nice feature is the music; there are four different tracks. I can imagine that the player will grow tired of the after a while, but they are optional.

When it comes to the entertainment value of this game it’s pretty high. The game doesn’t require that fast thinking as other puzzle games but for relaxation and killing off some time the game does a good job. However the grade goes down when you read the read me file. There are many ordering options but it doesn’t say anywhere how much the game costs, so I have to take this into account as we have done previously with other games.
