In Crazy Nut you are guiding a coconut to heaven, as we love coconuts we just had to review the game.

If you ever played Ice Climber, the 80s game for the Nintendo Entertainment System you will feel right at home in Crazy Nut. The objective is to guide the coconut into heaven. In order to get to heaven the coconut has to jump on different things. It can be platforms, parrots or other strange birds. The higher you get the more difficult it will be.

Playing Crazy Nut is straightforward; you jump by pressing space and move the coconut in different directions using the arrows. If you fall down you have lost the game. Jumping on parrots can only be done once, so you have to be sure where you are going.

The graphics in Crazy Nut isn’t exactly special but they do the trick of captivating the player with cheerful colors. The main-character or should I say coconut is kind of cute but does not resemble a coconut, looks more like a brown jelly blob.

Crazy Nut features a rather cute sound track, however it’s the same during the whole game so after a while you wish it would change or simply go away.

In a sense Crazy Nut is more of a rapid puzzle game where you have to make up things as you go and make split-second decisions. It’s quite fun to play and considering its completely free Crazy Nut is well worth the time for some players. Others might think that the game is too cute for them or not that advanced since it lacks power-ups and other dynamic content.
