Another puzzle game has landed in our inbox, this time you will piece together pink pipes. Sounds like fun right? Read on to find out more.

At we’ve always loved the little neat puzzle games that randomly drop in. There are probably a ton of independent developers out there working around the clock to develop the wackiest puzzle game ever.

And Round Again is one of those wacky games, keeping us up for hours, missing our appointments and interfering in our love lives. In the game your task is to connect pipes forming loops. And Round Again is a mixture of Tetris and Pipe Dreams (from the Microsoft Entertainment Pack in 1993), with a healthy dose of originality.

You get a predefined pipe which flipping and turning might cause it to fit. There are hundreds of different pipes causing all kinds of distress. Failing to place the pipe in time will loose you lemons growing on a lemon tree at the bottom of the screen. Loose three lemons and the game are over. There is also a snail with a timer and a score stone at the bottom, a snail with a timer is at least for me a contradiction.

During play you will get a number of bonuses and special pieces. The bonus score are based on special loops that you constructed. Special pieces will pop-up from time to time, they often help you remove pipes or extend them.

And Round Again features some great artwork with some Japanese manga characters mixed with grass fields and trees. Sometimes it becomes a bit over the top though, especially the main menu is a bit hard to navigate.

Good soundtracks are scarce these days; developers often skip them all together. However the game features a good and appropriate one. You hardly notice it’s there but without it the game wouldn’t be the same.

When you’ve racked up a nice score you can share it with others online, if you have registered the game (costs $15). The main reason for registering is perhaps no the extra functions but rather to support the development of the game. has chosen to not include any register pop-ups or major limitations in the game, they should have credit for doing so.

And Round Again is a neat and addictive puzzle game that has the potential to last long. It’s perfect for boring coffee breaks, or to kill of some time.
